What is Digital Marketing?
This website is run by me, Luke Shankula. My goal with this site is to provide free information about all things Digital Marketing, primarily direct response social media marketing and sales funnels. 
Digital marketing is an umbrella term for the marketing of products or services using digital technologies, mainly on the Internet, but also including mobile phones, display advertising, and any other digital medium.
Who is Luke Shankula? 
And how does he know about Digital Marketing and Sales Funnels? 
I am a proud husband and father of a beautiful baby girl. I am in my late twenties and when I am not building sales funnels and doing digital marketing, I am playing soccer and hanging out with my family. 
I first got into Digital Marketing and Sales Funnel when I stumbled across Russell Brunson and the DotCom Secrets book. I was hooked! I began consuming everything I could on the subject and began to apply the concepts I had learned to my own personal marketing. I truly began to realize the power of the internet and sales funnel after seeing results in my own business. I continue to obsess over the newest digital marketing trends while applying direct response marketing tactics that have been used by traditional marketing for many years. 
So What The Heck Is a Sales Funnel?
And why should every business use them?
A sales funnel is basically a simplified version of a website designed to take a customer through a series of steps that provide the customer more value and help your business make more money.
As we all know, today's society has a very short attention span. The average attention span is 8-9 seconds! A sales funnel is designed to simplify the process of obtaining leads by limiting your customers to a very specific set of steps and pages. A standard website may have worked to acquire leads in 2007 and is still important for establishing credibility and to provide more information to your customers, but a Sales Funnel (also known as Marketing or Leads Funnels) is critical for obtaining leads in our fast paced and distracted society. 
What's The Big Deal With Facebook Ads?
And How Can It Help Me Get More Leads?
Facebook Ads are huge! We have all heard that Facebook is where it's at when it comes to advertising. If you haven't, you must have been living under a rock for the last few years! 
Facebook Ads are one of the most important things to happen to marketing since Google. There has never been a time in the history of marketing where you can target your "Dream Customer" as precisely as you can on Facebook Ads. Now don't get me wrong. If you don't know how to target your ideal audience using Facebook, you are no better off than throwing up a billboard advertising your services. BUT if you learn how to target your audience and are able to write a compelling offer and ad copy, you have an unlimited potential when advertising on Facebook. Now when I talk about Facebook advertising, I am referring to paid Facebook Ads. Not posting status updates on your business page or boosting one of your posts. Facebook has a robust advertising platform and provides a plethora of free tools and training that can help you target your dream clients.

Your first option is to learn everything yourself. There is an exorbitant amount of free information on the world wide web. 
The second option is to pay for a course that gives you all of the information you need to get started and walks you through the process step by step. I recommend Dan Henry's course: Facebook Ads For Entrepreneurs. 
The third option you have is to pay someone to run your Facebook Ads and build your sales funnels (hint hint ;) me). 
The fourth option you have is to get hands on training on building your sales funnels and running your Facebook Ads (again, hint hint, me).

My Family Is Everything!
I have been married for a little over six years to the love of my life. I have a beautiful baby girl who is growing up WAY too fast and a newborn Son. 
Backstory
I was born and raised in Ecuador. I lived there my entire life until the age of 16 before relocating to San Diego, California. In case you were wondering, Ecuador is located in South America right on the equator. Ecuador is sandwiched between Peru and Colombia. 
It's my dream to visit London and watch them play live. 
Soccer=Life
I have been playing and watching soccer for 20+ years. Needless to say it is a huge passion! My favorite team is Chelsea Football Club! They recently were crowned champions of the Barclays Premier League.
I can get used to that view!
I Love To Travel
So far I have visited 8 countries. My goal is to visit at least one new country a year! The countries I have currently been to are: United States, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil.
